Is it just me or does it make perfect sense that a monumental and history changing event would take place around gig's birthday? Even up to now i am thoroughly impressed

it's nice to see things come together, like a delicious concoction of milk and koko crunch to when two people you've known to be perfect for each other finally realize they have feelings for one another, it gives you this warm fuzzy feeling that you oh so love to cherish, but what about the opposite? i would think you get that whole "you finish a carton of chocolate milk only to realize those chunks weren't chocolate chunks feeling". not a very nice feeling mind you. but hopefully a feeling you wouldn't want. i swore not to use this as a dump for my girly emotions (no offense to girly women out there) or as an outlet for the pretentious storm trooper in me, but without the help of my trusty thesaurus i felt medyo bad this weekend.

without details, it was good at the start and mighty fine at the midpoint but as the night rolled on and the morning came up things were as great as being attacked by a bear. in hindsight that would not be a very great thing haha

so yeah sila [info]whatdiegoate and [info]buenoboy would have a better understanding of this i just felt the need to post. and letting you have the mental image of refreshing cold milk intertwining with fresh crisp koko crunch is always a noble endeavor haha

optimism shines in the end though cause through and through after everything going back to was yfc was still delicious and surprisingly crunchy a bit zesty for my taste but hey if its what the youth want, zest away haha nosy parents and over-bearing people should not make sandwiches though haha

You know it just hit us we haven't posted yet this year. Nothing not even a happy new year greeting. It's a shame really and I will not allow this absence of blogging continue. So we here at NVS have decided to kick of this new year like the good old days.

Now as all of our dedicated fans remember at NVS we choose to blog in ways that tickle your funny bone and leave you with a warm feeling in your stomach. like hot chocolate or some other kind of warm late night beverage. We miss delivering these posts to the blogosphere because we feel like we havent been doing our part in this beautiful world.

So now I invite you guys to jump into the world of kittens and weird japanese anime things because honestly we do not know what they are or if the kittens running with them or away from them.

the jump was provided by my partner its been a while since we last collaborated on a post.

Yeah wow haven't been here in a while but yeah need to get mah blog on a little bit haha

So anyhow, my mom's company holds leadership retreats and trainings for companies and they have this project with nescafe that once very month one division of their company goes up to antipolo for a weekend of leadership training, part of this training is a tactial mission thing using paintball think counterstrike, terrortists vs. counter terrorisrts style of course the participants play the good guys and my mom's comapines gets people with free time as the bad guys, i get to be one of them haha

So long story short in the second mission they have to do a scavenger hunt so us terrorists are just sitting around waiting for them to finish, me and another guy were just sitting around our guns on the ground and we were just talking when we see some of the participants looking around the area for the stuff, so take note that the organizers have said that no one is allowed to shoot yet and that all safety's have to be turned on like a ceasefire. Of course adults are stupid so the moment these people see us with our guns on the ground they shoot at us. take note we were probably less then half a basketball court away from each other, that's not very far. so anyway i hurt like all over and i just wanna say that these adults fired at defenseless kids so good job adults hahaha

long post? been doing that a lot lately here, should probably stop na haha

and on a side note im sorry for wasting your day, yeah it is my fault and i'll make it up to you :)

mikhail get your fatass back here na

For those who have read Joshua's post you know that this post will now be from my point of view and no offense to josh but my three hours spent at stonestown was a lot weirder. Now Robert Pattinson star of the upcoming film Twilight based on the book of the same name was to make an appearance at the Stonestwon Galleria. Which lucky for me, joshua, and his sister I knew like the back of my hand. To meet him you have to line up at 7am in front of the mall to buy wristbands now these wristbands also come with a shirt and a poster and they were only giving away 500 wristbands so of course since there was no way to insure your chances of getting one all hell broke loose.

So I'll start this off with me waking up at 630am my dad woke me up because my mom forgot to bring her phone charger so we had to go to Sausalito where her work is at. Now for those that don't know Sausalito is right across Golden Gate Bridge. After that me and my Dad went to Best Buy to check out some of thier appliances. So I got home around 12 and as I was about to get ready to go to joshuas house I realized that all of my pairs of pants were dirty so I had to wash them. I called Josh and told him I would be there in a couple more hours. So after I washed and dried all my cothes I got dressed and went to joshuas house I arrived at around 3. at around 6 we left his house and went to stonestown to scout out the area then we grabbed a bite to eat downtown. After that we went to joshuas ssters friends apartment which was really nice. and stayed for the night.

Now we left the apartment at around 430am and arrived at stonestown around 5am. And we were welcomed by a line of around 500 teenagers and college students maybe even more. So as we walked up we didnt want to go all the way to the back of the "line" so we stood in the parking lot with other people who didnt want to stand in line. Now at that point we were getting harrased by the people in line they were telling us to get numbers get out of the parking lot etc.So one brave security guard was trying to get everyone off of the parking lot and onto the sidewalk because we couldnt stay on mall property. At 530 Mcdo opened so me and josh made that our rest place while his sister stayed with the crowd to make sure we didnt miss anything. After eating my sausage mcmuffin I decide to go check out the crowd, as I start walking towards the crowd they slowly start moving towards the malls entrance door which was a good 300 meters away from them so when i got to the stoplight they started to go at a steady jog pace then one girl in the crowd just starts to flat out run so of course everyone else behind her starts to run towards the door as well. So confused and all I start to run as well. Now joshua's sister was one of the girls all the way in front of the crowd right in front of the door but i couldnt find her. So instead of trying to fight my way into the crowd I decide to linger and wait for something to happen. So the security guard with megaphone in hand yells out for everyone to start a line on the wall next to the mall entrance so most of the girls start running towards that wall and I follow as well. So I get a call from joshuas sister and she tells me that shes near the entrance and i tell her that im in one of the many lines that have been formed she tells me to stay where I was. After a good 30 min of waiting SFPD and the event planners start to arrive. You'd think that tbis would be a good thing but no this is when the "line" starters start to plead thier case about a number system that they invented but it was not an official number sytem and it had nothing to do with the event. Joshuas sister then decided to leave the front of the line because she couldnt breathe so she met me at my spot and we waited it out. At around 7:00am the news helicopters were now hovering over our heads. The cops then told everyone to move back to make room so that the people in front can go into the line at first nobody wanted to cooperate but when they threatened to cancel the event they moved back. Now the flaw with this was the cops didnt stop people from going to the front area of the line so the new arrivals started to go straight to that area which led to the people in the line backing up further and further away from the door. Now at that point a girl in fron had an asthma attack and the crazy people in front would not let the police get to her and they wouldnt let her out of the crowd and a girl also broke her nose on the glass doors and a few purses and shoes were stolen. And the crowd was still out of control even with the police there so they decided to cancel the event. Some left while others would not believe them. Joshua's sister had to go to work so we left and went to josh at mcdo. I would write what we did after but josh had that covered.

And for everyone to know on the 5 o'clock news they announced that the event was continued and Robert Pattinson agreed to sign a shirt for the first 500 people to line up. You can read about these events here. And yes Im not a fan of the book and I still went with them to line up I must admit though I wanted a picture with Robert Pattinson.

As a man who has plenty of experience when it comes to mandates I was pretty excited for the one that me and joshua had, especially with the refreshing scenery that San Francisco provides. So as Joshua stated in his post I am going to continue the epic man date (so epic that we had to split the whole story imto two blogs) we had around Downtown San Francisco. So as he so lovingly put it I recently quit my job and he was off from his work at the hospital we decided to spend the day in San francisco and i will pick up from where he left off...

So we just finished eating our ice cream at ghiradelli square we decided to head back. Not wanting to walk all the way back we were looking for the nearest bart station to bring us back to the mall. So we decided to take a totally different route going back hoping that we would find a bart station on the way. So from ghiradelli we head up Larkin street which was a hill then we took a left on chestnut then while walking down chestnut we see one of the steepest hills ever now San Francisco is known for its many steep roads but this was ridiculous. Being the atheletes that me and josh are we decided to go up the hill mid way there you can see a beautiful veiw of the pier so me and josh stopped for a moment to enjoy the site. So we continued our trek up the hill and when we neared the top we realized that there was another hill just as steep and just as long as the first one so we decided once again to walk it and to our surprise this hill actually lead us up to the famous crooked road of lombard street. There were plenty of tourists to our surprise mostly europeans and asians but you also had your occasional visiting from another place american.

From there we decided to head down Lombard street hoping from there we would find a familiar street that would lead us to our destination. So this time we walked down the steep roads so as we walked some what lost at this point we were  thinking if we should ask someone for help but we decided against it determined to get to our destination without help. So Luckily our path lead us to Powell street which is the street we started only we were 17 blocks away from the mall, thinking that this might be our only chance of finding the right way back we started the 17 block trip. So that you know that I am not exaggerating i will name all the streets we passed Greenwich, Filbert, Union, Green, Broadway, Pacific, Jackson, Washington, Clay, Sacramento, California, Pine, Bush, Sutter, Post, Geary, and O'farrel. In the middle of the 17 block trip we walked through Chinatown where we saw a group of chinese teenagers blocking the sidewalk and a man next to the public library with his hands down his pants. And It all brought us back to where we saw the girl singing creep sadly she was gone so from there we went into the mall and Joshua bought his sister a magazine at the borders newsstand. Josh then asked me for a dollar for his commute when I pulled out the wallet we were then approached by a beggar who asked for a dollar and quickly grabbed the dollar that I was about to give josh feeling bad I let her have it and gave josh another dollar she then thanked us and continued to the people in the nearby coffee shop. So then I helped josh look for jolibee so he can get on the bus headed home. Once we went our seperate ways

I took the Bart from Powell to Glenn Park and from there I walked home.

So that concludes the Man Date, Me and Josh faced many challenges Bums, Hills, Seagulls, The chinese, and deciding if we were going to watch HSM3 which we didnt. We are still in one piece and we plan to do this every week.

At least we'll try.

And sevi I was thinking of you the whole time hahaha.
